Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

(Warning!!!!) ⚠️⚠️⚠️Stayed 3 nights.. Really didn't enjoy my customer service at front desk.. Refused my request.. I'm on the far side of building across the street.. I have bad knees.. And can't stand long.. Anxiety disability.. And have to wait 30 min to go up one floor.. Then cross and bridge and wait another 30 min.. I don't want to go that far so late.. I've been stressed and I don't feel like dealing with this hotel and their poor services.. I asked for a one free night.. Since I'm sleeping in my car tonight.. And refused to help.. Only food and drink but I said I don't wanna walk into the building and staying in my car tonight after I already paid nights.. Doesn't want to help.. At front desk and no nothing back.. Deserves 1 star after talking back to. Me over the phone... Fraud!!! When I tried going back to the room I get locked out cause the front desk didn't want to do me a favor and help us out with a second key for our room.. I got locked out of their Sheraton Hotel.. At the street level... Since they only wanted to give one key... I'm Drunk and High /Cross Faded.. And past 1 Am.. I'm Cold n all. Then I call to ask if they could help me get a key but I said I have a Disability that I need help with.. I said I don't think I can go to the front desk atm.. Im Having a Major Panic Attack Outside... Shaking... Trembling due to the Stress that I couldn't get to my room.. Their hotel is meant to access doors and elevators with your room key.. Without you get locked out.. /Now I did say if u need to verify anything I got all the info about the room booking, I'll give it to you at the elevator cause I can't make it to the Front desk to retrieve one They refused to meet me halfway... Theres y said they had to send security to my car where I'm parked.. I'm like noooo... I don't want to be bothered atm.. Im parked in a outside lot I don't need to be pulled over by security right now.. I asked to be helped.. Even security.. Now actually security was really nice.. He herd me Panic.. Tried helping stay calm.. I DO HAVE AN ANXIETY DISORDER.. AKA A (DISABILITY)... AND This this hotel is not Wheelchair accessible or Help people With Disabilities.. Then u have you walk u steps anyways even if u struggle.. And catch two different elevatora n two different buildings.. I told them.. That I'm having a Major panic attack and I don't even think I can make it to the front desk.. They said they were too busy to help me and wanted to click on me.. I was still outside during this time. So I wait cause I can't even get to in the building or elevator or room.. I needed assistance getting to my room My legs were weak to walk alone.. I was about to Faint and get a ambulance.. And I said if they would Also let a person with a wheelchair have them get to their room on their own or make then walk up or down stairs if they wanted to get to their room.. Would they make them???? Well I had a difficult time walking Legs felt like noodles and no Aid.. He clicked on me with saying that they were too busy to come help me.. They can't leave the front desk to help. And clicked on me and had me or left me Stranded on the Street Alone at night.. I once found a restroom second floor and saw stairs one day..

Everything was great until my purse was stolen and so were all of my things i had just gotten from target because the front desk lady wouldn’t allow me to go back up to my room when I had to get new keys from them dying next to my phone, then they don’t have any cameras and no one helped me. it truly almost felt like it was set up.

Staff was very friendly. Food for convention was well prepared, delicious and presented nicely. Cocktails were delicious and a nice variety.

Beautiful and very well located hotel, elegant and modern place. A magnifying mirror in the bathroom will be appreciated.

The only great service was on arrival, Jay was super friendly and helpful. The lackluster service at common area and valet ruined it. Too pricey for mediocre service and accommodations.

Fast and easy check in. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommended.

No hot tub, only an outdoor heated pool. No view of New Year's fireworks display even though the firework are launched from the hotel roof.

The amenities provided on the property make an excellent experience. The rooms were clean and neatly arranged, the valet parking was extremely fast.

Booked a “1 bedroom executive suite (corner)” for a great rate. Beautiful suite with whole window panes along both exterior sides of suite. The bathroom was bigger than a residential “guest” bedroom. Will definitely be staying again.
