The Ramble Hotel

Underwhelmed by front desk staff. Although late arrival they could not reconcile reservation with credit card and seemed confused when I explained my partner had checked in with a different card. Could not fathom that I wanted to change back. Asked about late checkout due to work meeting — got 1 hr. Asked about business center or place to complete a work call. received a petulant reply “ we are a boutique hotel.” Not a very courteous one in my view. Door key (analog) did not work and sink in room was backed up . This was just first 15 minutes.

My group had a great time at The Ramble. The rooms were clean, well-done and fun. The lobby bar and restaurant were lively and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed coming back to the lobby bar after a long day and relaxing with some drinks in this light and fun atmsophere.

Our new fave place to stay in Denver. We're fans of Death & Co., the hotel bar, from NYC so it was definitely a perk and as hotel guests, we were prioritized spots at the bar. (Which is NOT our experience in NYC. Ha!) It's a very hipster hotel, obviously, as an anchor in the RiNo district (think: cleaner Bushwick) and the food, drink, and prices on-site reflected it. We had excellent cocktails all throughout the day - 8:30am espresso martini, anyone? We could even get them delivered to our room, for extra extra-ness. And the DC/AM breakfast menu was fantastic. Local friends came and drank with us, too, enjoying the ambience, drinks, and the cookies. The rooms were clean and really pretty, especially as ours overlooked the garden and we loved the comfy bed, strong shower, great-smelling soap products and comfy robes. The minibar was the swankiest I've ever seen and I loved browsing the in-room D&C cocktail books. The hotel staff from check-in, waiters, bartenders, and cleaners were all really friendly. It's a great hotel in a cool location and the exorbitant prices reflect it. But it was nice for a special vacation and my husband and I love a good cocktail, so we'll certainly return.

This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, but what really stands out is the amazing customer service. We had a weekend trip to Denver and enjoyed our stay at The Ramble primarily because of how friendly and helpful the staff was in all aspects. The valet parking attendants were extremely friendly and helpful, the front desk was always available and ready to answer any questions, the staff at the bar was outstanding, and we had one small issue with noise (caused by extreme wind) that was addressed very quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this hotel because it is not only a lovely place to stay but full of friendly and helpful staff members who want to make everyone's stay comfortable and memorable. It was a very nice home base for a great weekend in Denver!

I found The Ramble when researching where to stay for our recent trip to Denver, December 10-13. The pictures of the hotel and its unique style immediately grabbed my attention. We were so pleased with our stay at the hotel. The decor was amazing, our room was always clean as was the rest of the hotel, it was very quiet considering its proximity to the street but what made the experience was the staff. Everyone was so helpful and nice. We would very much like to acknowledge Coco at the front desk. She is amazing at her job. Make sure to make a reservation at Death and Co. Great food and amazing cocktails We will definitely be back for another stay

Simply put, it was one of the best stays at a hotel I have experienced. As a very frequent traveler (100+ hotel nights a year) I have grown accustomed to polite and helpful service oriented staff; no one goes out of their way, but they do their jobs. The Ramble staff takes the idea of personalized service and goes far beyond what one could expect. Every staff member felt like our personal concierge and wanted to make our quick parent’s getaway to Denver one to remember. They knocked it out of the park on all accounts and have won over a repeat customers. Well done! PS-The rooms, lobby, Death and Co, et al is unique and welcoming. We love the whole package at The Ramble!

The property is not only beautiful and boutique-y, the vibes are as sultry as the drinks Death & Co serve. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive and the location is phenomenal. If you are in Denver for Work or Play, The Ramble is the perfect home away from home!

Beautifully designed spaces in this industrial building that not only is an hotel but includes a bar, lobby-lounge, garden bar, restaurant, and cafe. Super accommodating & friendly staff made our stay here exceptional !

My husband and I enjoyed an amazing couples getaway - three nights at The Ramble Hotel. We absolutely loved the interior design and architectural elements - such as large windows - as well as the location in RiNO. There were many walkable shops and restaurants, however, the best food and drink were to be found at the hotel itself! The Death & Co. summer Garden mezzanine bar and the lobby bar and DC/AM offered exceptional cocktails, menu items, and most of all, amazing service. All of the staff at the hotel were super welcoming. Vibes were upscale but not at all exclusive/snooty - perfect for us Austinites! If we have a chance for another getaway sans kiddos, we'll definitely return!
