Workspace offers a dedicated area equipped with strong Wi-Fi, perfect for all your remote needs, from video calls to streaming your favorite shows. Though we treat the exterior and interior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife. No refunds will be given. *****WINTER GUESTS****** - Your vehicle must include All Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive for the Winter duration. - Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing. - Please note that travel times may increase due to the advisory of slow speeds during winter due to snow/ice. To enhance the safety of our guests and property, we have a security camera facing the driveway/front door and at the back at the property.
