Upon entering, you’ll discover a mud room with a full-size washer and dryer, an open living/dining floorplan with a dining table that provides seating for eight, a new cozy and comfortable sectional couch facing a rock encased gas fireplace, and a flat-screen monitor, a fully equipped kitchen complete with all new appliances including a dishwasher, new countertops, and refinished cabinetry, plus one bedroom with 1-full sized bed and one full bath with all new tile floors, accents, new cabinetry and fixtures, and there’s a slider off of the living room that accesses a nice sized deck, complete with a gas BBQ…because it’s always grilling season!
