Service and staff was cooperative, overall it was a good experience

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good - clean rooms with excellent service, good food. Enjoyed the bonfire in the evening. Staff was courteous and very helpful. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It is not 10k worth of property price should be around 3k/night max.

It was really a nice resort with nice people to attend you. Room is very less but maintained very properly and location of this hotel little bit far away from chakrata main market but sight seen from this hotel are really good, food is off really good quality. At breakfast nees some improvement.

The experience was good though there were some problems in the stay - 1. No wifi signals in the room 2. Charging socket not working good things about the hotel - 1. Cleaning was good 2. Nice staff and hospitality

very very bad service and hotel ... owner of the property will commit you something and charge you so much but on actual basis the rooms and toilet are in very bad condition and dirty and charges are so much, I will never suggest this property to visit or book.

Hotel is not at all good and hygienic as it looks in picture. The owner lives in some other city driving the hotel from there. On our visit, we were the only one in entire resort after 10 days it was their first guest and they offered us the smallest room. When requested for upgrade as there was no other booking in resort, they said we can’t do it or else you have to pay for your free meals. That was disgusting from a 4 star rated hotel. There was no hot water, no proper electricity , no clean towels and they were even trying to charge for water. No evening tea so it’s nớt going to be a very pleasant experience if you are planning for your trip to Chakrata Inn Resort anytime soon. The only good thing is despite the owner is carefree and completely disinterested in customer satisfaction, the staff who are running the hotel are atleast very humble and cooperative.

We enjoyed the food but service needs a lot of improvement. In restaurant there were flies everywhere. Other than bonfire there was nothing like a resort. In fact it felt like a cheap hotel with bonfire. While we feel a resort should provide more than that.

Hotel was 6 kms far from main chakrata. If someone is going in his/her own vehicle, can chose it. Hotel was ok, staff was also humble and cooperative.
