Hotel Royal Palm Dehradun

Stayed for two nights to do musoori as well, right at onset to book, Ishand practically did a video call showing me room etc. , He was so super and efficient, front staff are extremely polite and helpful, I have nothing negative to post as it was very comfortable and central, food was good, just kitchen staff needs training in English, this was nothing major , and is just to improve the service, overall I would recommend

The hotel staff are very helpful....right from the reception to housekeeping...the hotel is wallet friendly...the staff even loaded the channels we like as we watch more sport and English news...the room was comfortable...RO water is always available...complementary daily bottled drinking water is provided every day...a kettle with coffee powder and tea bags with sugar and everyday whitener are provided...some issues were that the corridor lights were switched off when we would return at night and we had to find the switch and put them on to open our room door..needed a bucket and mug for the option to use in the bathroom with a wiper to keep the bathroom dry...we seemed to miss the daily cleaning schedule but probably because we were leaving to go out early in the day...could have used a soap dish at the side of the wash basin...we only tried the breakfast the last day ....not a buffet but a la carte.....and enjoyed the aloo parathas!...all in all I would go back to the hotel!...well worth the money I paid and also for the friendly ambience
