Nice room, however not managed very well. For e. G. The regulator was broken, dental kit was out of stock, breakfast buffet was not available it had to be ordered which we got to know later

The hotel doesn't abide by the rules of hygiene. I was surprised to see the condition of bedsheets and pillow covers in totally dirty conditions. They don't change the bedsheets and pillow cases after guests leave. There were different stains and hair on the sheets. The blanket covers were torn and tattered. We booked two rooms. They provided one small full room, and the other was half sized room. They simply refused to change them. Overall it was a bad experience. I will not recommend this to others

Good place. Always prefer when you come to dehradun. The location is good nearby to the railway station, bus station.

A great place to stay in dehradun, near all necessary places, having all amenities. The staff are also good and food also

We stayed for a day. It was 7 or 8 degrees in dehradun and no hot water was coming. After inquiring we were informed that it would come by 9 am however it never came.

Had a comfortable stay with the hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly. The service was very good.

Stay was average. The room was smelling dettol smelly but after room spraying it was ok. I asked for electric kettle but they provide hot water instead for drinking. The only thing i disappoint was the kettle thing but remaining all was good.
