The main house has four bedrooms and two baths. The Master has a king bed with a huge luxury bath (a jacuzzi jetted bathtub and a separate walk-in shower). Bedrooms two and three have a queen bed each, and bedroom 4 has two queen beds, a full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, a dining area, and a living area with a huge smart tv complete the main house. The guest house/in-law apartment with an outside private entrance (around the corner on the south side of the building) has one bedroom (5th bedroom) with two queen beds, a full bath, a full kitchen, and a living room with a smart TV. The living room has one sofa bed and a futon bed. Keeping everyone fed is a pleasure in the open-design main house kitchen with expansive granite countertops and top-quality stainless-steel appliances. Plus, the extra-long breakfast bar makes it easy to serve a quick breakfast and coffee (Keurig) before you head to the beach in the mornings. A fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, and other necessities. Pick up some groceries on the way, and you're ready to start your vacation fun.
