I booked a 80$ room with a 25 dollar deposit at the front desk , had to pay 40$ for parking and after I left next day I had 2 more transactions of over 100$ don’t book here it’s literally a money pit on top of everything the hotel wasn’t even that nice I’m really upset at the fact that they didn’t specify and my fees and now I been trying to contact support for over 2 hours so they can tell me exactly what I’m getting charged for ridiculous!

Our trip was amazing from start to finish. Definitely the best place to stay in Daytona Beach

Late arrival, terrible room. They did change us the next day to a much nicer room with a shower that dripped. We were unhappy about the $30 day parking which I guess I missed noting in my reservation and the property could use an update. Overall staff good, and of course the location (right on the water) is great.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Hotel is on the order side but still enjoyed it. Clean. Only complaint was the lack of hot water in the room. Ran and ran the water but it never got hot. Skipped our showers But our view and the price made the water issue less important

Beach access was easy enough, lots of seating by the pool. Many restaurants within walking distance. At the hotel, Don Rico's restaurant was really good. Parking was over priced, $30 to self-park about a 5 min walk from the north tower. Rooms need an update, carpet felt grungy.

Hotel was outdated and staff not super helpful. Would have benefitted to have wait staff at pool. Bathroom in hotel room has fixtures falling off walls and shampoo/conditioner fixtures were empty.

Just an average stay. Employees were blah and average. Many didn’t know answers to questions or didn’t speak English. Our toilet chain broke and I had to fix it at 11 o’clock at night myself. Was definitely not worth $250 for the night. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun.

Elevators were really slow, so we usually took the stairs to our room which was on the 7th floor. The staircases were dirty and dingy. Expected more from a Hilton.

Super disappointed in one of the highly rated hotels in Daytona. Our room was in the north tower. There are three elevators to get up to the rooms. When we got there not one was working so my husband had to carry all our things up 8 flights of stairs. For the rest of the two nights we were there ONLY one elevator worked. We had to sometimes wait 10 mins for an elevator up or down and often gave up and used the stairs. It was completely ridiculous. We paid for the “premium” oceanfront and other than the gorgeous view, I’m not sure what was premium about it. The bathroom was old and pretty gross. The rest of the room was a basic hotel room with old carpet and two beds squeezed in. The pools were nice and the location right on the beach is amazing. Walking just a little in each direction down the beach shows why Daytona is cheaper to stay than other beaches…it is really rundown and needs some work to get up to what other Florida beaches are like. But overall my kids had a blast and that was what really mattered to us. We’ll choose somewhere else to stay if we go back.

This property was beautiful located near the ocean. The pool however, it was located in a hidden location that you will not be able to see it from the ocean.

the room is spacious and clean,bed was comfortable, Burt Leister from housekeeping very helpful and I appreciate to the Director of front desk Broke MCmichael for upgrading our room ..
