In Sept & Nov 2022 Daytona Beach Resort sustained some major damage from Hurricanes Ian & Nicole. • Outdoor Pools are closed • Indoor Pools and hot tubs are closed • Tiki Bar & Restaurant are closed. • Parking garage is closed – parking in front of building, in the lot just south of the resort or across the street off Plaza Ave. Parking is 1st come 1st served. During Special Events - We cannot guarantee a parking spot. • Beach access from the north access road. Daytona Beach Resort - 1221 - 12th floor - ocean view studio. 12th floor in the north tower. You will LOVE our ocean view studio !! This is a perfect unit for the guests that want privacy and pools at a rate that doesn't break the bank. This condo is located in the tower - on the 12th floor in the northwest - perfect view of the ocean & the river Bath equipped with Tub with shower, Wireless internet We have several units on this floor for families traveling together.
