While the hotel itself has so much potential with its lovely space and seemingly great staff, my stay was unfortunately defined by a single, critical flaw that made the room uninhabitable. The HVAC system was not just loud; it was an overwhelming and constant mechanical roar that completely dominated the atmosphere. The intrusive noise made it impossible to relax, let alone get the restful night's sleep that is the primary purpose of a hotel stay. When I approached the front desk for assistance, they were polite and took my phone number, promising a follow-up call to see what could be done. Unfortunately, that call never came, leaving me feeling ignored and unheard. My concerns were later validated when I spoke with a maintenance person who candidly admitted that these loud HVAC units are a known, hotel-wide issue and a major source of guest complaints. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of acknowledgment from management. An apology for the severe disruption, or even a small gesture like offering a couple of complimentary water bottles, would have shown that our comfort mattered. For such a significant, known problem to be met with institutional silence is simply unacceptable. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I have come to expect a far higher standard of care and proactivity. I am genuinely concerned for future guests who will be unable to find peace in their rooms.
