Narrow motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival). 2-room apartment 65 m2 on 6th floor. Comfortable and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and cable TV (flat screen). Great functional and clean apartments with a unique view of Davos and the mountains! Pleasant extras such as indoor pool and sauna. Friendly and helpful staff. Shopping (Spar, Coop, Migros), Parsennbahn and bus stop within a few minutes walking distance.

Die Unterkunft erfüllte unsere Erwartungen. Einfacher Bezug und Abgabe der Wohnung. Wir waren praktisch immer alleine im Hallenbad.Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war hervorragend.Schade nur, dass der Lärm der Hauptstrasse morgens gut hörbar war.
