It very basic but affordable price There's also a swimming pool you can use Breakfast is very good also We have booked to stay there twice now and will be booking again The only downside is that they close the doors at 9pm so if you like the nightlife you'll be locked out just something to think about when booking

The place is beautiful. The master dining room, the pool. Just amazing. The staff was absolutely perfect and helpful. If you're local it's probably a perfect getaway place. But it's location is off the main road and down a couple of dirt road alleys. Our grab driver bottomed their car out a couple of times. Not convenient if you'll be in and out alot. But overall it was a fantastic place to stay.

We had the executive room. It has a huge balcony and direct access to the pool. However: The room was dirty and very badly maintained. A pity, because this could be a unique and awesome location. My tip to the owners would be to start a "Murder Mystery Dinner" game with stay-over in this venue, as - especially in its current state - would set the perfect mood for it (and it would probably be something quite unique for the Philippines).

Liked everything about this small, cozy, beautiful hotel. Very close to the airport. Large, sparkling clean swimming pool. Friendly, welcoming, responsive owners and staff. Very nice inside and out. Very clean everywhere. Arriving after midnight was okay. Affordable price.

I did not stay, there was a dirt road from hell to get to the property. then i had to wait 20 minutes for them to unlock the gate to get into the. while waiting for the gate to open i noticed that it was a very poor neighborhood in Davao which i did not feel safe for my family.
