From the day of booking TarunJi was in regular touch with us. Our train arrived in Ujjain in the early hours, and, Tarunji made arrangements for our Pickup, allowed early check-in, and helped us in every possible way. The hotel is near the temple, all basic needs are accessible within 100 meters of the Hotel. Tarunji ensured we always go around Ujjain with people who are friendly and approachable. He took regular feedback to ensure our Stay in Ujjain was pleasant and memorable. I highly recommend this place to travelers who are visiting Ujjain with Family and friends, and, are expecting 100% co-operation from the property. Hot water was available 24/7, TV was in working condition, rooms were clean, and Room service was available on request without any hesitation. This was our 1st time to Madhya Pradesh and Ujjain, and, the hospitality we received from Tarunji ensured we made some good memories.
