估計在小鎮上的原因，條件比較差。房間裏沒有拖鞋，沒有吹風機。問服務員要了吹風機，第三天又給收走了，也不知道什麼神操作。餐廳位於B1，從早餐開始音樂就震耳欲聾，晚上音樂一直到10:30，也體現了三哥對音樂的熱愛之情。當然房間的隔音也別指望。另外，酒店衹提供素食，介意的朋友還是撤吧。

My stay at Udaan Himalayan Suites & Spa was fantastic, thanks to the outstanding team! Anjali from the reservations team was incredibly responsive and made the booking process so easy. Prateek at the front desk welcomed us warmly and ensured a smooth experience throughout. A special thanks to Mr. Rahul Sanyal, the F&B Manager, for his professionalism and prompt service. He was attentive, open to feedback, and went the extra mile to ensure a great dining experience. Highly recommend Udaan for their hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction. It was our first time at Darjeeling we booked our stay at Udaan Himalayan. We were welcome with Khada and Darjeeling tea. Our stay was really comfortable room was neat and clean the ambience of the hotel was really amazing Food at restaurant had lots of variety Thanks to Anisa, Pratik and Vansita

Great room - value for money, prompt service, excellent food. As rightly advised by the Udaan team (Aishwarya) we booked the Kanchenjunga view-room with balcony and as the name suggests - we got a spectacular view of the mountain range. Wifi connectivity was not at par. Great experience overall.

I recently visited Sikkim and Darjeeling and made an early reservation at this hotel, expecting a pleasant stay. However, my experience was far from satisfactory and turned out to be a complete disappointment. From the start, the hotel staff was misleading and failed to provide clear, transparent communication at every turn. The room was in an appalling condition. The bed, bed covers, and furniture were all dirty and stained. It was clear that hygiene was not a priority. Despite raising these concerns with the General Manager of Operations, no improvements were made. Additionally, there was no hot water available in the bathroom. When I requested hot water, the staff refused to provide it, which is completely unacceptable. This stay was a total waste of both my time and money. I strongly advise others to avoid this property, as my experience here was nothing short of dreadful.
