I had a deeply disappointing experience at **Mayfair Siliguri**. I booked my stay through Agoda, and during check-in, I specifically asked the front desk whether breakfast was included. They confidently said *yes*. The next morning, however, I was stopped at the restaurant and told I had to *pay extra* for breakfast. When I raised this issue with the staff and manager, they were evasive and started making excuses. I even showed them my booking confirmation, which clearly had *no mention* that breakfast was *excluded*. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they deflected responsibility and left me feeling misled and disrespected. This kind of behavior from a hotel that markets itself as premium is completely unacceptable. Either the staff is not trained properly, or the hotel is deliberately misleading guests to extract more money once you arrive. If you value honesty, professionalism, and a stress-free stay, I *do not recommend* staying at Mayfair Siliguri.
