Nice hotel and on a walking distance from mall road. You can get directly to this hotel in your cab. In house restaurant food is okay but we ate mostly outside. Landmark to reach this hotel is near bhanu bhawan, on a road going towards n cc camp. Enjoy!

The hotel's location is okay, near mall road but involves walking up a steep road. Rooms are nicer with balconies, otherwise feel cramped. Service is poor, with no water bottle refills and low-quality toiletries. Food is average; better options available outside at better prices. Claimed assistance in booking rides for attractions but lacked effort and charged more than market rates. Overall, an unsatisfactory stay.

We stayed for 2 nights in suite room. The door towards the balcony had no latch- couldn't lock at night. We ordered food during lunch and dinner but the order was not followed properly- many items were not served

Location was proximity to mall road and the hotels service was very good. Room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice and professional. Something that we get in big hotels was seen in here.

We stayed for three nights at the attic room. The hotel is close to the mall region, approximately 250 meter. The cleanliness and standard of hygiene were maintained. The staffs were friendly to us. Overall it was a pleasant stay. We didn't use the in-house restaurant facility.

Great experience. The owner was polite and cooperative. The room was luxurious, clean. 24*7 hot water facility. Great food as well. The owner also arranged a car for traveling purposes.

Location of the hotel was ok, room service & breakfast should be improved, as very little food option. Rooms were good & spacious specially suite rooms. Toilets or washrooms although good size needs improvement. Although a smallelevator was present but inoperative & we had to climb stairs till 3rd floor.
