Amaira Resort & Farms - Mirik, West Bengal

Everything was perfect apart from minor issues from reception/ front office. I really liked the housekeeping and kitchen staff. Very accommodating and delightful. Some suggestions - basic amenities like mineral water should be made flexible specially with people with kids and families and also Front office staff should be more professional and accommodating.

Beautiful resort. Starting from reception till see off, you will find multiple touchpoints to please you. Aashish , Abhiram and his entire team staff provided v good hospitality. Plan to spend 2 days to get most out of it. Food was alaos tasty

The best resort we stayed at in a while amazingly courteous staff and always motivated to help us the guest manager Ashish used to call me and make sure i am having a comfortable stay or if i need anything we were travelling with my toddler which can be really tough at times but the staff made sure we faced no issues they prepared baby food specially made everyday for her which was very helpful to us and fresh milk anytime we asked , and thanks to satyam , deepu and others staff members for such an entertaining evening with live music and amazing barbecue and thanks Ashish for arranging the birthday cake for my brother at the very last moment , they even have a very nice games room with pool table and good selection of books , very nice neat and homely staff and property with very comfortable clean rooms and amazing view we stayed at the top floor with terrace access to ourself mostly . We will surely visit again and soon , highly recommend for family and friends. Thanks Amaira resort and farm for my one of the most memorable stays cheers !

The Stay was excellent ..5 stars to the Property . Very Good Hospitality and service . Great Staff . The resort is located in the middle of a pine forest that makes it very beautiful. The Views of Kunchenjunga make it a mesmerizing stay .The hospitality is top class and can be compared to any 5star.

Excellent service by all staff...specially Ashish Tamang and a guy from jaigaon i forgot name...well behaved...well mannered guys..Breakfast was supeb...so neat and clean place...feel like home...Supeb service.........🙏🏻👌👍

It was pleasant experience staying at this resort in Aug 2024 with family for two nights. It's new property, nicely located right in the middle of hill Town Mirik. Hotel Rooms, food, overall claleanliness, everything was perfect and we have enjoyed our stay. Hospitality was superb and the entire Staff was courteous under the leadership of Manager Ashish. Our stay ended with soft music with a Guitarist. Would certainly love to spend more relaxed stay in this Resort and in this peaceful hill town again.

I stayed in Amaira resorts and farms for 3 nights ***** with my friend. I must say the experience was amazing. Such a wonderful staff, beautiful clean rooms, amazing view of Kanchenjunga, mouth watering food, kids play area, bonfires, barbecue, music……., what not is there in Amaira Resorts. The staff accompanies for walking tour of the pine forest and view area, You just feel like home in Amaira Resorts & Farms. I loved their aesthetics, the way entire resort is made up as a boutique resort with such hospitable hosts and the amazing staff. Especially the manager Ashish is so so nice and always available for any help. I must compliment the owners doing an amazing job at this small must visit not so crowded hill station…….., totally worth a visit and I’m coming here soon again with my parents. 5 stars to the property, staff, views, food and the luxury they spoil you with………🥰😍♥️♥️

Our stay was amazing! The ambience was great, with a spacious room, the fluffiest pillows, and a lavish washroom equipped with all the necessary amenities. The food was delicious, and the service provided by Ashish, Abhiram, Meena, Rupak, Pravat, Prashant, and Adip was exceptional. The play area being open 24 hours was a nice touch. The cherry on top was the breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga from our bedroom and the guided tour through the trails of Mirik. The room service was fabulous as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The resort is in view of Kanchenjunga on a clear day and is surrounded by greenery and village homes. The staff is always ready to help and made our stay really comfortable. The rooms have a welcoming cosy allure and come with all essential amenities. The foods good, try the Nepali Thali's There is ample parking space and a small kids play park . They also have a game room with snooker, carom, chess and a mini library. Bonfire, barbecue and live music is available too. The Bokar Monestry and the woods are a walking distance to explore.
