Muscatel BhumSang - 200 MTS from Mall Road

Stay is very close to mall road and keventer’s. Service staffs are courteous and prompt service is provided. Hotel room was average and not worth the price that was charged for it.

It's a good hotel with neat and tidy rooms. It's quite close to the market area as well. The only down side to it is that in the dulex rooms the window opens to an other building/concrete space. Hence it makes the air flow block.

I have left my iphone charging cable in the right side table of bed, the hook was broken due to which at last moment i couldn't check if something was there in that side table drawer. Called hotel many times to check and maybe post it my home address, can you please help here?

Room amenities mentioned tv - but no connection to cable or dish. Room without heater- extreme cold - not negotiable. Dining menu limited- no sauce or accompaniments on table for chine. Se. Distance from mall is wrongly quoted as 200 mtrs- it is much more than 200 mtrs, road narrow and crowded with parked car, uphill and difficult to negotiate after evening.

Wonderful stay with a view, homely meals, warm hospitality staff. The property is close to mall road, hot water available round the clock, the area is also quite making it perfect for families.

I had a delightful two-day stay at muscatel bhumi sang. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were impeccably clean, and offered a splendid view. Additionally, the food served through room service was exceptionally delicious.

It was pleasant to stay. Location was at walking distance to the darjeeling station with restaurants at nearby places.

We arrived earlier than the check-in time but the hotel staff was really kind to allow us in. The room was wonderful with a window view, bed sheets and towels were clean. Basic toiletries provided. The food from the restaurant is also homely and they paid attention to our requests. The staff is extremely professional and polite. I have nothing to complain about. Overall i would definitely recommend this place.
