What a beautiful, relaxing and friendly hotel. Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The room was beautiful and the whole hotel very clean. The vibe was very relaxed and perfect for a sunny holiday. Lovely choice for breakfast. The pools were clean and there was always beds available. Great location for nice beaches and transport into Chania. Definitely will recommend and will return!

Lovely small hotel in a perfect peaceful location, easy to walk to beaches and restaurants. Bus stop nearby to Chania 2 euros. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and tidy and the rooms are very comfortable, nice big shower in the bathroom, mini fridge and safe. Breakfast was nice with plenty of variety to choose from. Also thought the bar prices were reasonable for a hotel. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, they really make your holiday more enjoyable. Everyone from the cleaners to the management.

Just arrived home from this wonderful hotel. Can't fault a thing from the friendliness of all the staff, the quality of the food, location of the hotel and general ambience .Everywhere was spotless. We were in room 222 with 2 balconies and great views.We were staying on a B&B basis but ate at the hotel a couple of evenings. The Greek night was really enjoyable. Local eateries within walking distance. A few minutes walk to the lovely coves and also to the bus into Chania. Will definitely be returning.

What can I say other than perfection. This is a lovely small hotel, with the best staff I have ever come across. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Food is really good and so fresh. We had a ground floor premium room with a lovely garden terrace. Housekeeping is excellent, room cleaned to a high standard and towels changed every day. Most relaxing holiday I have ever had and can't wait to return.

Our last day here in Chania Crete staying at the amazing Airis Boutique in Kato Daratso region, we were welcomed from the off by the friendliest of receptionists Giannis who simply could not do enough for us and was very informative of the hotel and local area as well as extended area. The hotel is spotless and the staff could not be friendlier. There is a in house restaurant serving great food for lunch and evening meal. The pools (2 of) are well maintained and there were plenty of sub-beds. Towels are provided by the hotel so save some space in your suitcase, you can use the towels from the hotel at the local stunning beach which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The room was serviced everyday with fresh towels and was cleaned to high standard. Breakfast is served in a lovely little area central in the complex, breakfast included a selection of meats, salads, fruits, pastries and breads as well as a decent full English. There is a bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel that takes you to the bustling port town of Chania where you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants not to mention stunning views across the large harbour. The people here are very friendly and not at all pushy. This really is an excellent hotel, location and place to stay, my only complaint is that I have to leave tomorrow. We will return. If you are heading here I am sure you will have a fantastic holiday.

Relax! you've made a outstanding choice for your break, outstanding service from outstanding people, with a natural ease and warmth of hospitality, from Dishwasher to Director. 'Yep I said Hi to everyone' The food is great quality, from Breakfast, Pool or Evening dining and the Pool bar is a friendly and relaxed Hub. Plenty of choice next to the Pool, Hotel provides towels for the duration, our room was spotless and the daily service was fantastic. Thank you to all the team, there are too many to mention by name, we had a wonderful stay. Take the 21 bus from bus stop 16 (round corner from Hotel) into Chania 2e each, get off next to Mousouron Street (not the bus Station) and walk down to the Old Venetian Port (there is a ticket booth 20 mts from the bus stop you can buy tickets for the week you'll save, or alternatively just buy tickets on the bus for the one trip, cash or contactless) the route is easy, no time at all, and great fun.
