Knight's Inn Boston/Danvers

The staff was so nice at night and in the morning, but my room was pretty gross. The fitted sheet on the king bed was stained on the side of the bed either by urine or feces and dried. They put a plastic covering over the bottom fitted sheet, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. They probably did that so they didn't have to wash it. The chair at the desk was broken and one of the arms was torn. The bathtub faucet was sticking out like it was going to come out of the wall and there was also some small damage in tub. On the wall next to the towel rack was a very long hair.I'm not sure how long it had been there, but it was pretty disgusting and i'm not sure how anybody cleaning that room could have missed it. One of the towels had dirt marks dried on it which was kind of crazy that housekeeping wouldn't have noticed that. Because of the plastic over the sheet I could not sleep. I book the room with an online booking service.So I knew I couldn't get any money back so I didn't even bother asking. Again, the staff was very nice , but this place needs a complete renovation and cleatly needed it for decades. I booked the room because it was the cheapest in the area and clearly now I know why. The place was filthy next to an storage room my baby got all allergies from blanket not recommended

Good but not so good location. The location itself is really not the best. Hard to find in the dark of night. Very tiny sign and not well marked alley to get to the hotel. Alley full of potholes.

The comforter was so thin I could not get warm to fall asleep and it felt like paper not comfortable at all the heater was loud when cranked back on and u get what u pay for

This property was just what I was looking for. Conveniently located to everything I wanted to see/do in the area. The room had a recent refurbishment and was very comfortable. I recently wrapped up a multi-state running/race trip and this was about my best room - spacious, clean, comfy. The shower had great pressure and was hot. Bed was comfortable with great linens. Breakfast was plentiful and just what I needed!

Good Night's Sleep. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the gentleman at the desk was friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was super cozy, and the area was quiet. The only downside is that if you're looking for this Inn after dark, it's hard to see where to go to find the office, as it's tucked in behind some other stores and not very well-lit.
