I am disabled and used a wheelchair. We turned up at White land city hotel and were told that the rooms allocated to us, were on higher levels. There are no lifts. Because they could not accommodate us, I asked them to cancel our booking. They said that we would still have to pay. We were going to leave the property but they LOCKED the gate and IMPRISONED us. There behaviour was terrible. We were forced to pay up and we were then able to leave.

Wow, what a lovely little hotel just off the main road into Dambulla. Very close to the bus stand for transport. Staff are lovely, accomodating and friendly. Room was beautiful and recently renovated. Aircon was lovely, water warm enough and relatively quiet at night. The bar restaurant serves a beautiful cold Lion lager 🍺 Sri Lankan breakfast was to die for. I was served up an amazing Sri Lankan feast consisting of Chicken curry, lentil curry, coconut sambal with string hoppers and a string hopper filled desert bun, superb 🍛🍮😋 There is a lot of work still happening so it will only get better. Resident tuk tuk driver Dakshina helped with everything, his Whats app +94 71 436 7676 🛺 for any tour or transport needs. Only a 30 minute tuk tuk drive to Sigirya so why not stay here ? I’ll be back !!! 🇱🇰

The location is excellent if you are visiting places like Sigiriya, Rock cave temple or a one day trip to Anuradhapura. Moneywise the hotel offers great value. You get nice, big, new rooms in green and lushy environment. And the pool is superb.

El hotel está bien ubicado y la atención muy agradable como estamos teniendo en todo el país. Es cierto que pillamos tormentón y no pudimos disfrutar de la posiciona que tiene una pinta espectacular pero a la hora de ver la habitación… sí que es como en la foto pero algo “abandonada”, los baños dejan mucho que desear: la ducha pierde agua, el plato de ducha se mueve y sucio. Es un sitio que podía estar bastante mejor. Tema desayuno; les dijimos que 8 am y nos pusimos a ello a 8:45 y vimos que tuvieron que ir al pueblo a por la comida… falta desayuno previsión… y desayuno volando ya que nos esperaba nuestro conductor: Me voy con una sensación. Bastante regular de un hotel que esperaba mucho más

Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel charmant, confortable aux chambres spacieuses ( 1 grand lit + 1 petit ! ) Grande piscine et terrasse ombragée dans le jardin...💐 Prestations de qualité et prix raisonnable...! À partir de là, tous les sites à visiter sont facilement accessibles...👍 Sugath, l'un des serveurs est la gentillesse et la douceur incarnée...☺️🙏 Nous reviendrons très certainement...☺️ Ananda Guy B.

Hotel molto carino, comodo da raggiungere se arrivate con i bus locali, dato che si trova appena dietro la principale bus station di Dambulla. La struttura è di recente costruzione, con una bella piscina a disposizione degli ospiti fino a sera. C'è anche la possibilità di mangiare direttamente in hotel, con una buona proposta culinaria locale. Anche la colazione singalese è ottima! Lo staff è super cordiale e sempre disponibile. Molto consigliato!
