Love this hotel and its old-time character. Every time we come to Dallas from Tulsa we stay here and will continue until the service slips. Must stay and a great place, just book it.

Cleans rooms, easy valet, staff does everything for you, from bringing your luggage from your valet to your room.

The Adolphus Hotel is a beautiful example of what a hotel stay should be. The gorgeous wood paneling, fireplaces, original tile floors, and furnishings transport you to a different, more luxurious time in our history. The staff were all so pleasant and helpful. Pedro went above and beyond anything we could have imagined- he not only personally escorted us to the Rodeo Bar so we could find it, but he also gave us a history lesson to boot. We will DEFINITELY stay here again.

Trouble getting hot water in bathroom sink. Usual features like ice machine not easy to find. But overall beautiful historic hotel with wonderful food.

Overall good hotel but not top class service. Not clear instructions at the front desk, didn’t tell us where to go, where our room was and what to expect, we had cleaner/handyman knocking 5 times at the door starting 8.30am the same day we were checking out. Other than that, beautiful hotel and location and clean place.

The hotel itself is very classy and the staff is phenomenal. The room, although lacking a tub, was nice and updated. There are plenty of amenities in the room as well. My only complaint was for a 5 star hotel the towels were small, thin and cheap like you might find at a Comfort Suites. The soap, shampoo and body wash in the shower was not to dissimilar from the towels. Bring your own supplies!
We did try the restaurant for breakfast and the staff once again were phenomenal. The food however was meh…I had a ham omelette and it was overdone and slightly burned. It was served with a salad which was brown lettuce and vinaigrette. My spouse ordered the eggs Benedict which was served with about a 1/4” thick slice of ham and two eggs overdone and hard.
The Rodeo bar served exceptional cocktails and the environment is sublime. Many cozy places to sit, fireplace…quite relaxing.

Everything about us stay at the Adolphus is fantastic. The staff, the property, the quality, and especially the service. We enjoyed our weekend at the Adolphus very much, and will return.
