ROACHES!!! Do not stay here unless you want to share your space with roached. Told front desk and they did not seem concerned. Their workds were "we will spray today" that did not happen for 2 days. We left.

Called at 10 at night and was there at 11:30
The desk person was nice and polite. Room was clean. They have a grab and go breakfast.

The smoke alarm must have outlived its expiration date, because it beeped every minute or so. The alternate room the clerk offered was still either dirty or in use, because the bed was unmade. The clerk said her computer didn't let her see which rooms were clean and which weren't, and that was the only other room available anyway. The clerk gave me a battery to change in the alarm, but it turned out the alarm was hard wired and had no battery (I don't know if it was supposed to have one). I unwired it and enjoyed the silence.

I showed up with reservations and was told my reservation wasn’t till the next day .
Which was a lie .
Then he canceled my hotel and charged my card

I not the best area of Dallas, but they do have security. I didn’t feel unsafe. The young woman behind the counter was very sweet and lovely also.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Rooms are spotless, the staff are all very welcoming and go above and beyond, great location and just a WONDERFUL experience!
