Joy Bean Seaview LOFT Hotel Apartment (Dalian Xinghai Plaza)

I am really disappointed with my stay in Joy Bean loft hotel apartment. I spend 4 nights over there and it was not a good experience in particular with the customer service. First of all, this establishment is not an hotel but equivalent to an Airbnb rental for which people rent their properties by proposing additional minimum options and services such as cleaning or breakfast. Then, the customer service is really not professional. The rental reception is not friendly with the customers and they are trying to do the minimum as possible. On top of that, they are always pretending for some excuses to explain their mistakes. - for the room caution: if you do not insist, they are not refunding it when you checkout but several days after. After contacting the renting manager, they finally accept to refund me at the right time. And be careful to check that the correct amount is refunded! (they tried to refund me a wrong amount but hopefully, I had recheck it before leaving). - for the breakfast: I took the breakfast options with supplement fees and it was not a very good choice. It is the same breakfast provided everyday. Furthermore, it always comes later than expected. Not very convenient if you are in hurry in the morning...and sometimes, some food is missing in the breakfast that is delivered. I was supposed to be refunded for one missing breakfast but finally, the customer service didn't keep his promise when I checked out. - for the room cleaning: the cleaning lady is not doing the job correctly. When I checked in, there was only 1 towel for a room of 4 persons.Then, they forgot to clean my room the second day and when they are not forgetting, the job is done partially despite I ask them to do it everyday (only the first floor is cleaned without caring about the second floor). Globally, the rooms floor is not clean. - for the room commodities: some electrical plugs are not working and it is not expected to be repaired.

뷰 맛집이에요 성해광장 근처이고, 지하철도 가까워요 근데 보증금을 늦게 환불해줘서 아쉽고, 아침에 엘베타고 내려오는게 어렵고, 리셉션 데스크가 18층에 있어서 체크인할때 키 빌려서 엘베타야하는게 복잡해요

出外旅遊在乎的就是交通、食宿、衞生。 1.交通位置方便。星海廣場五分鐘就到，地鐵1號線在樓下，公交非常多，方便； 2.樓下及附近飯店、快餐店、超市、咖啡店等較多，餐飲豐富多彩； 3.設施衞生較好，住的非常舒服。。。

房間在萬科大都會公寓樓裏，樓上可看到星海廣場和跨海大橋，地理位置不錯，地鐵1號線會展中心A口出來就是，周邊吃飯也很方便。入住過程中出現了一些小問題，店家的前台小美女積極協商解決，就是住店按金會在上午八點多離店，當天下午六點多才退。
