AN Boutique Hotel

I would like to start with that I never write complaints. If I'm not happy with a service , I simply do not go back or recommend it. I wouldn't even give this place half a star. My Mum and I were visiting my brother who lives in Hanoi, and we all planned a trip to Da Lat. We looked at AN Boutique Hotel on a few different websites, and all of the pictures looked great! Up until our arrival, the team were in contact with me via WhatsApp. As it was Tet, they asked if I could either pay up front or a 50% deposit to secure 2 rooms for 3 nights. I chose the latter, thinking it was fair enough. When my Mum and I went into our room, we were shocked. It looked nothing like the online images, and it smelt. The sheets were dirty with stains, there was a fan strapped to the wall for air conditioning, and the wall opposite the bed was covered ceiling to floor in mould. My brother's room was the same. We told the girl at the desk that we couldn't stay there and explained about the room, but she said she couldn't do anything and couldn't refund the deposit. I felt completely cheated, as leading up to our stay, I received lovely messages from the "Hotel" and trusted what they'd advertised. AN Boutique is a sham. They've changed their name to AN Central and this is not a hotel by any means, this is a bedsit at best maybe suited to a one night stay for those who are on a tight budget whilst travelling. The photos are probably from about 10 years ago or photoshopped, so please font be fooled like we were.
