Lumina Hotel Da Lat Central

Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, view đẹp và nhân viên thân thiện, lưu ý mình có phòng deluxe có ban công, nếu không đặt sẽ có phòng không có cửa sổ, kiểu gác xép. Chúng tôi thất vọng về sự thoải mái, những chiếc giường cứng như một tấm gỗ. Như đã chỉ ra, khách sạn không có máy điều hòa vì ở đây luôn 'lạnh', ở đây chỉ 32 độ và chúng tôi không thích không có máy điều hòa, kết quả là mọi thứ trở nên ẩm ướt. Điểm đến mà chúng tôi đã ngủ ở Việt Nam không bị ảnh hưởng bởi điều này. Điều này không được khuyến khích đối với chúng tôi, nhưng có lẽ nếu bạn thích một chiếc giường cứng. Nếu bạn là người không thích điều đó thì khách sạn này không được khuyến khích.

Our stay at Lumina Hotel in Da Lat was disappointing. The hotel is dishonest, and downright disgusting. Here’s why you should avoid this hotel: 1. Unreasonable Charges: They charged us 100,000 VND for a lost plastic key card—an outrageous fee for something so inexpensive to replace. 2. Shady Practices: They tried to charge us for a supposedly "dirty towel," claiming it couldn’t be cleaned. When we asked to see the towel, they backed down, proving the claim was baseless and dishonest. 3. Hygiene Issues: Mold was visibly growing in the hallway, which is both unhygienic and hazardous to health. (Picture attached) 4. Terrible Room Design: None of the standard rooms have exterior windows. Instead, the only window opens to the hallway, letting in plenty of light but offering zero privacy. (Picture attached) 5. Unbearable Noise: The hallway and rooms are poorly designed with hard surfaces and low ceilings, turning the entire area into an echo chamber where every sound carries. This makes it impossible to have a quiet stay. (Picture attached) 6. Lack of Hot Water: Showers were often lukewarm at best. In Da Lat’s cooler climate, this was extremely inconvenient. In summary, the Lumina Hotel fails on every level: cleanliness, honesty, and comfort. With better options available in Da Lat, I strongly urge travelers to book elsewhere. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
