Tui Blue Sarigerme Park

We have just come back from Sarigerme Park. This was our first visit to this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel, including the guy who keeps the beach toilets spotlessly clean. I have food allergies and I have to say I was catered for magnificently. The Restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful in advising me on dishes that were containing foods that I couldn't eat to the extent of making meals for me every evening with food items I could eat without having an allergic reaction! They were delicious and I looked forward to seeing what was being prepared for me each day. Restaurant staff, Murat K, Hasan and Chefs Erdem and Husayin are to be congratulated for their approach to their job of looking after the visitors. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile on their faces. Every day there was a food creation being prepared which I thoroughly enjoyed and I am truly grateful for. Until you have food allergies you don't realise how important it is for the catering staff to be supportive and happy to produce food that can be eaten. Thanks to everyone concerned in the front restaurant and behind the scenes in the kitchens We loved the beach with the sun shades and wooden walkways over the very hot sand. Also the sea was quite shallow to walk into. The food at the beach bar at lunchtime was excellent, and again food was prepared if it was needed for me re allergies. On the first two days a 15 minute 'free' massage is offered to everyone from the Spa. My suggestion is, take advantage it is well worth it. On another day I had a Spa treatment/massage and it was excellent. Beach sports are on offer but we were there to just relax on a sun bed and enjoy the sun, which we certainly did. Evening entertainment - a couple of nights there was music at the beach bar. Beautifully kept grounds with well established shrubs, plus a home for the resort cats. We went to the A la Carte restaurant and it was superb. Once again catered for allergies. Thee are a group of shops in the hotel . The guy in the jewellery shop was very helpful, my husband's glasses fell apart, a screw was lost.... the gentleman in the shop very kindly provided a spare screw and put the glasses back together. Once again very helpful and with a smile. We also bought some very reasonable priced jewellery from him. We found everyone we saw and or spoke to were happy to help where needed. I have a suggestion ..... Maybe a little more light in the main seating area outside the main hotel so we can see each other and be able to see if we want to play cards. We will definitely be back, a hotel worthy of its 4 Stars. Thank you everyone at Sarigerme Park.

This hotel is located in a great location which is around 20 min far away from Dalaman Airport/Turkey. Hotel has got very clean sandy beach and very good size villas for everyone. All the staff were very helpful, friendly and respectful. The staff and the quality of service and everything was incredibly good in the concept of an incredibly safe holiday village for families with children or those planning a solo holiday like me. Mrs Tuğçe, a swimming instructor and national swimmer, taught me how to swim in just 3 days, how to stay calm and safe in the water. I used to be a person who was afraid of water, but now with her amazing technical lessons, I'm not afraid of water anymore. She's a great and professional swimming Instructor. She teaches classes to all bereavement groups, including children, but you must book lesson in advance because she is an amazing teacher and quite busy. In addition, I would like to thank Ms. Gulizar, who kept my room immaculately clean every day, and the hotel chef, kitchen staff. the hotel was great with its food, desserts , drinks, cleanliness, I am very grateful with young staff Gizem and Salih’s help, they were very good and helpful. I would also like to thank the spa physiotherapist Ms. Melis who is very professional, thanks for their help to spa’s manager Ms. Banu and Mr. Ramazan. Spa, massage and hair salon services were great, immaculate. Everything was amazing , I had a very pleasant holiday. Thank you so much.. Beyhan-Exeter/Devon-UK

We have recently returned back from a 10 night stay, this is our 2nd visit and this time brought some extended family with us. Such a lovely resort, and such friendly hard working staff. Ali the tui rep remembered us from our visit last year and always greeted us with a hello and a chat. This year we stayed in a larger room in the main building which was very nice, all the cleaners work so hard in the blistering heat. The food was excellent in all areas, we hope to visit again one day...

I highly recommend this hotel, not only the hotel itself but the staff, location and weather have been more than exceptional. I have coeliac disease and cannot explain how accommodating the staff have been for me. Each meal I can request exactly what I would like to eat, with it being served directly to my table in order to completely eliminate any risk of cross contamination. I’d like to specifically mention the amazing customer service I have received from Berk, TUI guide, and Erdem, Chef. Following my previous experiences I can say this has hands down been the best service I have ever received.

The hotel overall provides all the essential facilities for an unwinding holiday retreat: be it the immaculate beach with a secluded relaxation zone (somewhat in the back) or the main restaurant or the beach bar, where the food is mostly delicious, freshly cooked and varied, or the spa center, where Kaya (a friendly, smiley and accommodating employee) is always at service to handle whatever request you may have. The air conditioner in the room, though, did not seem to work to its full capacity at night and even broke down once due to a power cut (the maintenance service fixed it in a few hours). Special thanks the reception staff who let us have a later checkout for a fee and keep on using the hotel’s services since our flight was only due in the evening.

Amazing. 14 family members for a one off big holiday and we couldn’t have been happier. Clean, friendly and always something to do. Beautiful gardens with wildlife and rooms were perfect with everything you need. Staff were lovely and they all worked so hard. Everyone found something to eat and a good choice of drinks. Spa treatments were well worth the money. Evening entertainment fantastic. Beach is clean and beautiful. Would like to return again one day soon. ❤️

Our 7th visit back to this wonderful hotel. I’ve travelled all around the world but keep returning to Sarigerme Park Hotel because of the fabulous staff who are like family, and also the main thing being the fantastic cleanliness and service at this hotel. The grounds are spectacular, the beach is wonderful, the pool is brilliant, with such friendly lifeguards especially Nihal. The restaurants have an extensive variety of choice and caters for everyone. Special shout outs to Hassan and Murat in the restaurants who are so professional and always look after us and are so kind to my daughter. All the waiters and bar staff work so hard and always remember your order without you even asking. The cleaners work so very hard and the rooms are spotless. Sevket in the restaurant is awesome. Serhat and Mareike thank you for your care and assistance for me and my family. Thank you Berk also. You made our stay even more incredible. We love all you guys like family. Until next time. Stayed in Superior Double Villa with two kids (6, 10). It was a single room with two sofa beds plus two twins brought together (making it about Queen size single bed). The room was comfortable for a family of 4 with a nice (good-size) balcony. The complex is a beautiful campus that is walkable for joggers. Landscaping and the surrounding view impeccable! Two decent size pools plus kiddie pools (getting a beach chair is a challenge, though). All bars are in close proximity to the pools and the beach. Kids club has a dedicated, multilingual and committed staff but the hours are limited (10-12 and 3-5) and may not appeal to pre-teens. Try archery. It is fun. There are also free group fitness/yoga lessons. The highlight of our trip was food! There is an incredible variety and they take pride in their offerings. Food was tasty and there was something for everyone. Local drinks are included in the rate, the imported drinks are extra but not prohibitively expensive. A trip to the A la carte is a MUST! The same for the barbecue restaurant. The staff here is genuine and work hard to make you feel comfortable.

I visited this hotel with my partner and daughter, aged 6. As others have rightly pointed out, the service and quality of the food is second to none for an all inclusive. Although the resort was busy we could always find a table to eat at or a lounger to relax on by the pool. For me the location was stand out. Sarigerme is a beautiful spot, so green and unspoiled. The coast line is very pretty to observe by boat - no main roads or over development, just a smattering of hotels set amongst trees and greenery. Other highlights: - short transfer time - farewell lounge - staff who all appeared happy and were always amenable - excellent service at bars even when busy, very little queuing - lovely massage at a fair price - completely quiet room (compact but we’ll designed/equipped) - excellent morning yoga with a beautiful view - my partner reported that the mountain bike ride was excellent - evening catamaran sunset cruise from the beach was INCREDIBLE! This is an excellent choice for a relaxed family holiday in a beautiful spot.
