The Aurum Subrahmanya

The entire staff of The AURUM is unbelievable. Me and my wife are so humbled by their hospitality. Always ready to serve your needs, whatever it may be. What is so more surprising, was The Aurum MD, Mr. Srivatsya, spend the entire evening with us. Taking us to a nearby river(hotel ground), sat with us, had TEA with us and was so down to earth in entertaining us. The staff even gave a surprise birthday party for me and my wife, Very humbled and touch with their gesture.(photo attached) The entire staff were so down to earth in serving us. It's MD is a role model for it's staff. We have travel all over India, these experience is extraordinary. Thank you "THE AURUM"

The place is really good for stay with good kumara river view and just 5 mins drive to temple. They have a restaurant too which serve delicious food but it may be little expensive. The staff receiving and helping is really good and they are strict at checkout at sharp 11 am we requested and they extended to 12 pm.

Absolutely loved stay.have been visiting kukke since 4 years now and stayed almost in all the hotels but theaurun is by far the best hotel in kukke.amazing service by the staff.felt like home location food service everything was good especially front office staff.

Aurum the most imp is 24 hrs food... We connected via Shruti and she had ensured every bit of our travel is good, not just stay. Calls, messeges, temple info, time, room booking, add on services....she had it all done with perfection and efforts beyond her host duties. Shruti was a great pleasure to be hosted by when we reached , her teammates were exceptionally helpful. Aurum is a heavenly placed equally divine as the Kukkeshri temple is. The ambience is spiritual with nature infused beaty and 4 star hotel seevices. riverside room is unbelievable. We can stand by riverside hillock. The best is the people. All the staff members have "no artificial " but homely way to make your stay a great temple visit. They go extra mile. We had a special request that they could refuse but they rather helped like their own responsibility. Two staff were all kind n gentle for this. Room service is world classs. Food order at 2 am was served with smile n super taste. Rate and charging are reasonable. Never feel like leaving. Resto by river is unbelievable People , team make it so natural and sweet. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The rooms and public areas were immaculately clean, and the outside views were stunning. The atmosphere was serene and calming. Special mention to Mr. Sunil, the Rooms Division Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Overall, our experience was exceptional and truly top-notch!"
