I would like to share my experience during my recent stay at your hotel, as it fell significantly short of expectations.
Room Issues:
My initial room was located near the smoking area, resulting in noise and smoke disturbances. While I requested a room change, I was informed of an additional charge of $100++ per night, which was unexpected.
Breakfast Miscommunication:
I was unaware that my room rate did not include breakfast. However, the handling of this matter by your Coffee House staff was deeply disappointing. Their approach was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome due to their demeanor.
Overall Experience:
The combination of these issues—particularly the staff’s conduct—left me feeling offended and undervalued as a guest. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider future stays at your property.
