Cleanliness throughout was poor. Room had the appearance of having never been vacuumed. Everything within the room had a coating of dust, even the headboard. Safety of appliance within the room was an issue, which is not what you would expect at any hotel. Reception staff very helpful.

Chose this hotel for its quiet (despite being on Luton flight path) out of the way location, convenient for the tube into London. Have stayed here before. Unfortunately the attached pub stops food service at 8.45 and theoretically closes at 9pm, which for me is a bit early, for a place in the middle of nowhere with nothing else to do except watch TV in the room.

Average at best. Hotel very tired and in need of work. Blind fell down, heating control coming off wall and heating takes ages to to heat room, bathroom very dated. Restaurant menu states items we didn't receive ie no side of beef chilli with fajita burger, no cookie dough with black forest crownie, items the manager says they no longer serve but are listed on the menu. The good things were the price of room and staff in both hotel and restaurant.

Room was great. Hotel in a good location. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels. Nice a quiet and so a good nights sleep. Pub next door only lets things down ever so slightly. Evening meal food was not what we usual get from the premises linked to the premier inns. Breakfast was the usual good standard though.

Good location but building is tired and not very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant very poor for price. Lunch expensive, dinner passable and breakfast not to clever. As a base for the surrounding good as main road links well and surprising quiet.

First stay here and probably the last. Small car park which was literally covered in litter and not inviting at all. Room was small and dated and not particularly clean. My room was overlooking the car park at the back and unfortunately I was kept awake till past midnight with car doors banging. Poor experience.

The staff on reception were amazing. Incredibly friendly and welcoming to my family. Unfortunately they were let down by the quality of the room. There was black mould throughout the bathroom and who would have thought we would need air con in a room in England in February. Whilst outside never reached higher than 8 degrees. Our room was never cooler than 25. We stay in lots of premier inns but this one is quite outdated and needs a lot of work

This Botley was in a decent location for what we needed. However, the service in the restaurant was pretty awful. Really slow and they took ages to be seated/take our order/ remove our plates. At breakfast the quality of food was lacking, with the muffins seemingly stale
