My stay at the livie was totally amazing, I was looking for a convenient place for a long time, and at some point decided to stay there. Location is perfect: there are a lot of nice places nearby, where you can find any kind of food you need, it also has a comfortable parking right in the basement, so if you are going to rent a bike for the time you stay - it will be no worries about it’s safety. Hotel is located near the seafront, which is also an important road, which leads to the village hoi an, and other attractions. The room looks exactly the same as it on the photos, which is very pleasant. It’s clean, comfortable and new, it’s even has a little kitchen and washing machine. Enjoy your stay at the “livie”)

Overall we enjoyed our stay in a 2-bedroomed apartment. It has a great location with lots of terrific restaurants all within a stone's throw. The beds were comfortable and the apartment itself is spotless and cleaned daily. The air conditioning works well. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the pool every day - it is small but we nearly always had it to ourselves. It is a very short walk to the fabulous beach nearby. The apartment is well equipped - we used the washing machine while we were there (washing liquid was provided). There was also a very convenient water filter/dispenser so we could fill our bottles before we went out. The wifi worked seamlessly and the location was excellent for taxi pickups. Just a couple of points to note. The entrance is up seven or eight quite steep steps, which would be a disadvantage if you are traveling with a baby or if you have any mobility issues. The layout of the apartment isn't brilliant and the couch very uncomfortable. There is limited storage space in the bedrooms. The layout of the bathroom is odd, with a very large bath that drains into the floor of the adjacent shower. When you use the shower the water goes everywhere! As there is only one bathroom the apartment is probably better suited for families like us rather than a group of friends. You are booking an apartment in a busy city area so if street noise bothers you - it didn't bother us - then you should go elsewhere. Finally a couple of chairs for the balcony and a couple of glasses for drinks would have been welcome. Overall the apartment is clean, relatively comfortable and has a great location. It was excellent value for money. We would use it again if we were to return to Da Nang.

This is a basic hotel. I gave it 5 stars based on it's cleanliness, rooms and location. What you see is what you get with the Livie. The rooms are large with a water filter and even a washing machine. The bathroom and shower are good and the location of the hotel is ideal with good resturants and bars located nearby. For a basic hotel excellent and good value.

場所は空港から近いです。 部屋も清潔で広かったです。 スタッフとはカカオトークでやりとり出来たので便利でした。

It’s comfortable place like aprtment. Location is good to go to other convenience place or cafe, pub etc. Receptionist is sweet person and I like this hotel’s service.

ミーケビーチから歩いて5分くらいです。ホテルの周りには沢山レストラン、カフェ、パン屋さん、コンビニみたいな小さいスーパーがあってすごく便利です。 お部屋も広くて綺麗。毎日お掃除もしてくれるし、値段も安い。チェックインチェックアウトも簡単。チェックアウトは別にレセプションに行く必要もなくLINEで終了。 1週間泊まりましたが快適でした。 冷蔵庫、キッチン、洗濯機、机、Netflixとyoutubeがデフォルトで見れるテレビ、大きなベッド、素敵な体験でした。一階のカフェもコーヒーが安くてそして美味しかった。

ベトナム ダナン🇻🇳 長期滞在だと、洗濯機、キッチンが欲しくなってきて良さそうだったので泊まってみました🐥 お部屋は今風の感じで、キッチン、キッチン用具、冷蔵庫、洗濯機付き！ 清掃も毎日入ってくれます! 屋上には少し遠目だけど海の見えるPoolあり🏖️ 周りにはオシャレなカフェやレストラン、SPAもたくさんあって快適😊 レセプションとのやり取りはLINEなのだけれど、いつも直ぐに返信あるし、対応もとっても親切☺️ 今回もTrip.com利用で1泊6,500円ちょい！ ベトナムのホテルにしたら少し高めに感じるかもしれないけれどまた利用したいです♪ そして隣のカフェのバインミーもオススメ(8〜10枚目)🥖

property was clean and well located by restaurants and cafes. The room had a clothing washer which was a plus. Room was a bit noisy during day (local construction) and in the early eve (local bar bands). Overall easy for us to live with.

It's a bit disappointing that the shower and toilet are right next to each other on the same floor. The glass-covered toilet, although separated by a roll curtain, offers limited privacy, as it's slightly visible from the room. On the bright side, it's handy that you can communicate with the staff using LINE, so there's no need to deal with translation apps for language barriers. The rooftop pool is really clean and has a nice view. The elevators are quick, the place is quiet, and there's a washing machine available, so there's nothing to complain about there. But, do keep in mind that there's some noise from the surrounding area. Even though the hotel itself is peaceful, you might hear loud music and singing from nearby shops late into the night. Personally, I wasn't too bothered by it.
