Legoland Florida Resort

Fantastic hotel, activities inside the hotel and bery nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast with fresh omlet Big thanks for making our vication perfect we will definitely do it again Very near to legoland,motiongte,and riverland, and the outlet.

Hate to say it, but the hotel is not at all worth the money. If not for The Peppa Pig Park and our baby turning 4 we would've not had any joyful moments. At first glance we were happy. Mark the bellman was excellent! We tipped him well. Mark helped us with our luggage both times as we switched rooms. Mark also shuttled us by golf cart to and from Peppa Pig Park on my daughtes birthday (we respect hard workers). We are a family of 5. Three daughters,ages 14.,12,3,my wife & I. Getting off the plane we were exhausted, and we pre checked in so check-in was relatively easy. We get in the room,unload,and I ran to re park the car. Upon settling in, I notice stained sheets, chipped metal around the tub drain,broken trundle (hazard for my 3 year old) and loose bathroom vent. We didn't inspect anything else and requested a room change. Zach the supervisor was nice,he credited "$100 in resort money",smores kit valued at $25,and mini golf. I get it, I know business they're trying to keep from losing out on a profit. They charge you a deposit at a cashless resort of $100 a night,so $300 was already with the house aka hotel. I felt the amount was rather low considering we spent about $2,000 for 3 days. I'm fair and reasonable so I said $150 and a room change we can just look the other way. Day 2,we requested a new ironing board and iron,ours was broken as some items were wrinkled from packing. We also requested a light cleaning, 4 ladies and me in a room thats about 500 square feet the room will need some minor attention on day 2. The ironing board & room cleaning never happened. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask the front desk. We only had 1 small roll,5 people in the room 3 ladies and a potty trained toddler. The front desk said they only had 1 remaining roll in the back. Thr next day we asked again, went to Legoland and still no room service. My wife heard housekeeping yelling to hurry up at like 5pm. She opened the door and asked why no one ever showed up. They said they're short staffed, we had trash from two days, towels that needed changed etc. My wife was pissed, she literally cleaned the whole room herself and said housekeeping seemed annoyed when she forced our trash bags on them. This made my wife even more upset. I was not in the room at the time, I was downstairs with our 1 daughter. When I saw her text I flew upstairs and caught the housekeeping manager who apologized. I told a manager at the front desk named Jessie. He checked the box aka acted concerned (he's supposed too) asked me to send a text about everything and I did. No further compensation was provided etc. I was mind blown,this location needs to take a step back and reevaluate the customer experience. Hire more staff,update your rooms,and stop price gouging. Everything is insanely expensive for a mediocre experience. No microwaves in the rooms, limited toiletries, no housekeeping...where's the money going? This place needs a reno section by section. We feel we got rippe

Incredible experience. Went on the first day of school so it was very empty. No wait lines for the rides. We stood at the Legoland hotel with the logo movie theme. Breakfast was included and access to the parks and water park as well. Kids loved the fact that you can trade Lego mini figures with park personnel if they have mini figures to trade. The chefs came out and spoke with me directly in regards to my dairy allergy. They took great care serving me to ensure there was no cross contamination. Overall it was a great experience.

This by far a great experience for not only the kids, but for me as well. I loved the attention to detail in the hotel geared towards Lego loving kids! The check in and check out process was easy and simple. I loved how the kids were able to do “treasure hunt” while I was able to unpack. Dinner at the Skyline was fantastic, but none of us cared too much for the Brick Family restaurant for dinner. However, the included breakfast there each morning was fantastic! If the kids stay interested in legos, which I’m sure they would, we would stay at the hotel again.

Our 2nd stay at The resort did not disappoint. From the accommodations to the food, the pool and the play area, it was GREAT! Unbeknownst to me the room I purchased through Groupon was a suite and it was amazing and so much more than expected. From the space to the decor, it was so kid friendly, and Engaging. And the customer service was phenomenal. We encountered a personal situation and at 2 o’clock in the morning Tiffany the acting manager at that time was kind and compassionate and so responsive as was Damaris shower and Adrian. Such a great team. They made a bad situation so much better. And the customer service did not stop there. The Valet and concierge team of Jack and Mark was also equally welcoming and accommodating. Even though the golf cart was down Mark kindly drove me and my granddaughter and my daughter-in-law to Peppa Pig to spare us the heat and make it more comfortable for my granddaughter and went even further in that he also offered to pick us up and return us to the hotel. You know you made an impression when a two-year-old toddler thanks you and tells you she likes you. My granddaughter told us, I like Mark. Coming from a child, that’s priceless. It’s the little things they each did in their individual capacities that amounted to huge things that made our trip so memorable and helped us overcome our personal situation with far greater ease. And Peppa Pig park was all we expected it would be for our toddler’s 2nd visit. This family will definitely make this resort an annual trip. My two-year-old granddaughter has many years to enjoy the parks they offer and the accommodations complete the package. A must stay.

We are very amazed at the quality of the place that is Lego Land. A beautiful, colorful, fun place for adults and children. We enjoyed every place we went to the fullest. Our villa was amazing. Our children couldn't believe so much beauty. The park is a lot of fun, no long eternal lines that never seem to end. It was worth each of them. Something we really liked is that they have rest areas for parents with babies. Also the fact of having sensory shows for autistic children was a plus for us. And the cleaning of the bathrooms is phenomenal! The food in each restaurant was delicious! Breakfasts as well. Everything was beautiful but the most we liked was the staff! Everyone was very kind, respectful, attentive. Thank you for everything! Definitely 100% recommended and we will be back soon!

My children and I are Lego fans so this was a great experience for us regardless of age. We stayed at the LegoLand resort which was a walk directly into the park. There were also two great restaurants to eat from directly in the hotel/resort so it made it very convenient. We did not have to leave for anything. Lots of activities for younger kids when the parks close. We enjoyed our stay and will return during the cooler months. It’s summer so the heat was near unbearably but the water park helped with that. The customer service is wonderful; very polite and respectful employees. They’re also really patient and caring with the kids.

Adorable. I was impressed by all the little details from the Lego security cameras in the rooms, the dance music on the elevators to the nightly pj dance party. Rooms are decorated SO cute and each day when the room gets cleaned, the maid brings more Lego sets. We picked the “Friends” room, adorable for our 3 girls! When we first got to the room, there is a treasure hunt and there is apple juice and Lego prizes in the safe. The breakfast at Shipwrecked was the best and Jasmine was the best server!!
