This hotel was perfectly located for Brecon Beacons, it was on a lovely retail park with lots of activities for the family on it, entertainment and food places, staff were lovely and the rooms were very clean, also very quiet, which I was surprised about

I have stayed here before and have always been pleased with the hotel, hence my return. My only gripe is having to pay an early booking fee when the room was obviously ready when I arrived 1 hour earlier than the official check in. If I have booked and arrive earlier than anticipated why do I have to pay a supplement for a room that was obviously ready for occupancy?

Good location a few places to eat and drink very close by. The receptionist Sophie is a real credit to the place. So helpful and goes above and beyond to help you out. Need more staff like her in the world.

Good hotel. The parking is easy as long as you arrive before 5pm approx, but otherwise you can park three within the entire leisure park. We stayed 4 nights.

I stayed one night. Stress free and clean room. The location was ideal. Staff were pleasant. Check in and out hassle free.

Hotel was nice & clean. Had a bed & shower & a kettle that is all we needed as we spent very little time in the room as we was out doing adventures. Hiking, Steam Train, Waterfalls, Running, Zip Line so on. Hotel staff was friendly & helped me with what I asked them. Hotel location is on a retail park so if you wanted food on the door step was ideal & town centre was only few mins walk / drive. Only 1 thing take your own pillows maybe our pillows was hard & lumpy & the staff said they had no spares which I think is weird not to stock some.

Very enjoyable stay. The hotel, room and bathroom was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A massive plus point in been able to be allowed to have my bike in the room with me as I was visiting bike park wales. Only complaint I would have is in my room I could hear a constant humming noise (not loud but noticeable at night) coming from a generator or something. Also the weather was bad and a leaking gutter ment the rain water was dripping outside my window which impeded sleep. Apart from this very enjoyable stay would happily stay here again when I return to bike park wales.

The 1 star is more to do with the actual fiasco of booking and trying to get a twin room allocate, the lack of front counter staff's command of the English language and inability to do a simple task. the poor service from the call centre all tainted the stay. The hotel itself is ok
