Hotel Shree Jagannath

My stay at Jagannath Hotel in February was a regrettable experience due to multiple issues that significantly impacted my comfort and well-being. Firstly, the hygiene standards in the rooms were appalling. The cleanliness was subpar, with visible dirt and dust in various corners, suggesting a lack of thorough cleaning. Moreover, the water coming out of the taps was shockingly black in color, rendering it unusable for any purpose. This raised serious concerns about the safety and sanitation practices of the hotel. Adding to the discomfort was the condition of the beds. The mattresses were old, worn out, and completely out of shape, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The lack of proper bedding maintenance reflected poorly on the hotel's attention to guest comfort and satisfaction. Attempting to address these issues only led to further frustration. The ***agement and staff exhibited a dismissive , arrogant and unprofessional attitude towards complaints. Instead of acknowledging the problems and taking corrective action, they responded with hostility and agression, showing a lack of accountability and customer service skills. Furthermore, the malfunctioning air conditioning system added to the discomfort, especially considering the time of year I stayed. The room's temperature was unbearable, and the ineffective AC made the situation intolerable. In conclusion, my stay at Jagannath Hotel was marred by unhygienic conditions, unusable water, uncomfortable bedding, unresponsive ***agement, and faulty amenities like the AC. This experience fell far below acceptable standards for a hotel, and I would strongly advise against staying there until significant improvements are made in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
