The living room has pull out sofa for one more sleeper. 8 guests max. 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 5 kids suggested. Early check-in and late checkout, if available, and confirmed on the day of check-in. Extra cleaning protocols are taking longer than usual and are making early check-ins more difficult to accommodate. We hope you understand. Our property cannot be booked further than 6 months in advance. This Penthouse unit is on the top floor of a three story building with an outside covered stairwell. It is not handicapped accessible. No pets or service animals of any kind.
