The most perfect hotel you can stay while in Cusco, if you ask me! The staff went above and beyond, always; the rooms were pristine, very clean bathrooms, and a beautiful court yard with a wonderful restaurant and bar.
Two notes, however, that are not really anything bad about the hotel itself, but just things to consider.
1. There is a lovely courtyard in the front (outside) of the hotel. During the nights we spent there, our room had direct view/access to the outside. Considering there are many bars around, sometimes drunk people may be walking by, and they can be Very loud at times. Since the hotel (or at least, our room) did not have AC, we had to keep the windows open, so the noise would come through.
2. Beware of Eggs! I noticed pretty much everywhere in Peru, they don't always cook the eggs all the way through in omelettes or other egg dishes. This may cause some upset stomachs, so just be aware.
