Great Place, I have been there a few times in the past . this time i brought clients for ski touring and it was fantastic! Riding motorcycle through South America, This lodging was selected - with its spectacular view, super clean room and friendly staff, I slept very well after a long day of riding. Breakfast was hot and delicious. It worth it and I would return to stay here again.

Great location - very calm and snowy. Extremely nice and helpful staff in all the resort - also in the ski rental or ski classes. Great food at the restaurant. Minor issue if you want to relax : internet does not work very well - WhatsApp works - movie downloads or streaming will not work. No cellphone coverage whatsoever at the hotel (also good for relaxing) Important issue if you care about health safety - hotel is not enforcing the use of masks in public areas be it on adults or kids - if people don’t wear them nobody tells them anything - very annoying if you do care for such a minor effort. Would give 3 star as were it not for the rest. No drinks included - not even water - so that will be extra so that you are aware of it.

Lugar muy agradable, con lindos senderos y mucho que conocer, recomiendo tener automóvil para conocer los alrededores también la gastronomía. los distintos entornos a las distintas alturas dan lindos paisajes . la gastronomía y cabalgatas de suizaandina extraordinario,

Excelente opción para combinar el deporte de esquiar y relajarse, ya que el hotel cuenta con todas las comodidades, principalmente la cercanía con el centro de ski y lockers para guardar el equipo. Habitación amplia con buena vista, camas grandes y cómodas, baño con excelente calefacción. Spa con piscina temperada y jacuzzi. Siempre muy limpio y ordenado. Bar y restaurante buenos, cena con 3 opciones para elegir cada día. Sin embargo, sugiero poner mas atención en la temperatura de los platos, ya que en tres oportunidades mi plato llego frio a la mesa, teniendo que pedir que lo calentaran. Atención del personal en general muy buena y amable. El entorno con las araucarias espectacular. Detalles a mejorar: Colocar 2 toallas de mano en el baño. 1 espejo grande en la habitación. Colocar botellita de agua en la habitación. Sería ideal que un turno del horario para cena fuera solo para adultos, niños gritando y corriendo por el salón resulta incomodo.
