The place did not look clean from the outside. I called the hotel and received an automated response telling me that it was a 24/7 service. Upon arrival, a member of staff was present, meaning that he did not bother to pick up the phone. He was also rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Even if I desperately need to spend the night in Norbury in the future, I would pay more money with a more expensive hotel in order to avoid them. No way they charge £75 for that level of service. My recommendation for this hotel is to develop a plan to improve the appearance of the hotel, and also for staff to take courses on sales and customer service. Maybe all they care about is the little money they earn from their existing customers and/or one off customers, in which case I lose respect for them as a business.
