ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.

Awful place. Rude staff and no Wifi.
I booked for an 18th birthday celebration for my son. He has health issues and suffers at night so needs Wifi through the night. I booked it for the room Wifi but it was not available.
Reception said Wifi often stops working.
It didn't work at all.
The barman told me I could only pay for drinks by setting up my credit card at reception. No one was at reception while I waited. I went back to the bar to tell the barman this to find another way to pay and he just shrugged, not caring. I couldn't get a drink.
Whilst I was at reception the barman saw the specialist drink my son had brought in with him while I had a bar drink, but rudely told my son to leave the bar and drink in the windy cold lobby, despite him being with me, a paying customer.
Not able to stand staying there any more and with no Wifi still, we checked out before even spending the night there as they had breached the contract.
They refused any refund or compensation.

Really lovely hotel in a nice location. Was only there for one night, but room was clean and bar food was nice.

Nice and relaxing hotel in a classic old building.
Although the rooms are a little dated, it is in keeping with the old fashioned style of the building so it added to the character.
The restaurant done some amazing food for dinner. The scotch egg starter and the monkfish main were amazing!
Spa facilities very good.

We stayed in room 119, which is a standard double. The room itself felt dated and certainly well-worn (especially the carpets), but it was pleasant enough with all the facilities we needed. The let down, however, was the extremely small bathroom with obvious repair issues. The bath wooden bath panel was broken and cracked at the top, so every time we used the bath we had to be careful of our step so we didn’t catch our legs on the sharp wood. There were also black bits (really not sure what they were) coming out of the bathroom taps, which floated in the water and were left in the bath once it had drained.
The room was missing any sense of luxury, which you do expect in some aspects from a 4* hotel.
Our stay itself was pleasant and the staff seemed nice enough. Just a shame that the room wasn’t up to par.

I was traveling with colleagues and after a long day of meetings and traveling by car it was a wonderful oasis. They used some of the facilities and were very impressed. Food was good and serve too. Definitely somewhere I would stay again and recommend to others.

I previously stayed at this place several months ago and had a terrible time principally because there was poor internet. This time not only did I get great internet but I had a wonderful room. I recommend the top floor. I was in 365. Comfy bed, huge bathtub, space heater on demand although once I got it functioning the room heating was excellent. I stayed there this time because everything as booked up. A side note: the previous night I had stayed at the Royal Forester in Ascot. The rooms are nothing special but if you get a breakfast package, you get a feast of unbelievable choices included.

Nice hotel, full breakfast choice and bar meal was good.
nice to see elemis products in the room, I would of expected body moisturiser to be included as well as cotton wool/buds/shower cap.
