Relax at Hibiscus Grove - w/ an Amazing Deck View

sketchy neighborhood...delayed communication Pulled down the street and several houses were very run down and even boarded up. The house itself was descent on the inside and has many new features however the outside was unkept; we even found shell casings in the driveway and it took the owner a few hours before he responded to our text about those. We saw & killed one roach. The "amazing deck view" is of Kudzu. The interior of the house was satisfactory and the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. There were no directions regarding check out (what to do etc.) and we had to text to get the WiFi password and again we had to wait a few hours to get a response. In the end it turned out OK but we felt very misled by the listing and were disappointed in the communication with the owner.
