Room was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is easily accessible with good parking and a nicely situated bar and restaurant. The access to the function rooms was easily accessible and close to the bar. The management team was on hand and seamed to be on the ball. Would stay again.

★★★★ Our stay at the Premier Inn was absolutely perfect for our gymnastics competition weekend! From the moment all the different number of teams arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating to all the large groups. They were so helpful with everything from coordinating meal times The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided a much-needed restful night's sleep after a long day of competing. The location was ideal, close to the competition venue. and other amenities. Breakfast was fantastic,. We really appreciated the friendly and efficient service. It made our competition weekend so much smoother and less stressful. We highly recommend this Premier Inn. Thank you for a brilliant stay, will definitely return.

Can truly say we love this hotel, the staff have been fantastic and truly accommodating to the needs of our stay. The rooms have been clean and tidy and despite the footfall from such a large group. The food has been great and turn around for tables outstanding. The staff are a credit to the management and added to the quality of our stay.

Stayed here numerous times and it doesn’t get any better than the time before, but the location sells it. Put in the smaller room this time which wasn’t great as stayed for 2 nights not just the usual 1. The hotel was very quiet so don’t know why they do that!!! Only had 1 towel so off I go to reception straight away to get another. The room is clearly suitable for 1 person only. Room was clean and tidy and air con/heat worked very well. We were facing the car park this time so was much quieter. Wifi was the usual typical PI wifi, utter rubbish. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. They ran out of the condiments - no tea bags, milk etc so after the first night, they gave me a small jug of milk from the bar. Could have got some supplies from all the empty rooms, but there you go! Would I stay again, for a cheap stopover in a great location then yes, anything more than that, then no.

I really want to give a higher score but I really struggled to sleep on the new mattresses premier inn have installed. They are so hard I found it hard to get to sleep. Everything else about the stat was fantastic. Great helpful staff, the breakfast was really good and good value, lots of free parking, The bedrooms and all areas of the hotel were clean and tidy. If it wasn’t for the bed and lack of sleep I would have given 5 stars.

I definitely wouldn’t go back. Staff were abrasive, food was poor (dinner and breakfast) as there was nothing fresh on the menu and continental breakfast I had a stale croissant and cheapest quality jam, with some unripe fruit. Corridors smelled of smoke and rooms were generally stale and shabby. Mattress lived up to expectations though so at least I slept well!

Very easy and convenient stay after a days shopping , easy to park and check in. Had a very comfortable stay, room just as expected. You always know what you’re gonna get with a premier inn and im never disappointed. They have plus rooms which I might try next time as at this hotel at least they were on the top floor and we had the person in the room directly above us stomping about from 5am , but it didn’t affect our stay

Rhys has an enormous amount of experience with this team but he doesn’t know how to satisfy a man who has been in a position of power since the beginning of time he has an appointment with me and my wife to discuss his life with me and the other person

Exceptional service, attentive, welcoming staff. Affordable, delicious food and service above and beyond the norm making the whole experience very welcoming. Nothing was too much and every taste catered for. Cannot compliment the bar staff enough for the fantastic rapport.
