treehouse cottage is an amazing value for this lovely recently redecorated home. sleeps 6 + parking 2. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a games room complete with pool table, tv for the game or bar cabinet, and queen sofa bed. the living room has a fireplace to warm up in winter, watch a movie, and another queen sofa bed. great kitchen with new appliances (not pictured). nestled quietly in the treetops of beautiful lake gregory in crestline this is your next vacation home! comfortably sleeps 8, enter the home into the main floor where you will find the living room w/ wood burning fireplace, sofa bed, tv, kitchen, and queen bedroom plus full bath. follow the stairs to the lower level where the pool table awaits fun. another queen bedroom with a full bath is located on this level. the game room w/ sofa bed has access to the lower deck and front yard. outside you will find two back decks for enchanting nights above the treetops, grilling with outdoor seating. there is access to the main level deck from the living room. the deck has a propane gas grill. please note propane is not provided, but guests can use what is there or exchange it. the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials plus all new appliances (not pictured) but if you're looking for something specific, please don't hesitate to ask. the dining table seats 6-8, please make sure to use trivets and placemats on the table so as not to damage it. the yard is not fenced, please make sure to watch children and pets. the entire home is accessible to guests. **lake arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the lake, lake trails, peninsula park, and grass valley park as of september 28th, 2020. available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are lake gregory in crestline, lake silverwood, and big bear lake in big bear. lake availability will vary by season. the dogwood cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. you may call or text. if there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately. this is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests follow the house rules and quiet hours. any guest in violation of the house rules will be subject to removal from the home and responsible for any fines incurred by management and the county. lake gregory at crestline offers a more small-town feel compared to other larger cities nearby. walk to your favorite coffee shop and then a relaxing walk around lake gregory. crestline is 15 minutes to blue jay, 20 minutes to lake arrowhead, and 45 minutes to big bear. a great location to visit all your favorite mountain cities. this home is a close 5-10 minute drive from town, where you will find shops, restaurants, and beautiful lake gregory. you can walk, but please note it is an uphill walk most of the way back to the home. lake gregory has been voted the #8 best small town to visit in ca. walk the lake's edge, and visit the lake gregory water park in summer. goodwin’s family market is a great spot for all your supplies. the ice-cream soda bar is amazing & a chocolate bar! visit the many quirky vintage stores, and specialty stores and pick up some great bargains. dogs are welcome with approval from management with a pet fee per pet. no cats or huskies, please. parking is for 2 vehicles only in the driveway. no street parking is allowed per county rules. do not block the neighbor’s driveway or park in the neighbor’s driveway. you will need a county fishing permit to fish at lake gregory. the bbq is propane, propane is not provided, but if a previous guest leaves some it may be used or exchanged locally. this is not a party home! if you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. we do not enjoy removing people from our homes, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. this is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests follow the house rules and quiet hours. any guest in violation of the house rules will be subject to removal from the home and responsible for any fines incurred by management and the county. there is a house manual in the home. house rules -have a fantastic stay! -quiet hours sunday – thursday 9 pm to 8 am -quiet hours friday – saturday 10 pm to 8am -this is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. -this is not a “party house” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -no underage drinking -no drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana. -no smoking inside or outside the property. this includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. if we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -no outdoor fires of any kind -if this is a pet-friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
