This cheery and cozy studio, with a beautiful flower garden, hot tub, and a peak-a-boo view of the ocean and Battery Point Lighthouse is a perfect get away spot. You can fall asleep to the sound of waves on the nearby shore. Ocean access is just a half block down the road. For one night or a full week this home has a great location with easy access to many wonderful amenities.
This is a no pet, no smoking home. Because of the close proximity of our neighbors we enforce a 10:00 PM quiet time. Additionally, please do not block the driveway as this is the only way of ingress and egress for our neighbors.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

This is a good sized studio (all one room) in a fantastic location. Pictures represent the cleanliness and decor. A very comfortable room for 2 people. Easy to find and quiet. We did not use the hot tub, but it's only a few steps away.

Crescent City
Great Location for exploring the Redwood parks in the area and being able to just walk to the beach. It was perfect for the two of us.

The lock on the door was the only draw back. It ssemws to be a little bit difficult at times otherwise was great.

Recent Stay at Crescent City Feedback
I hope you’re doing well. I recently stayed at your property, and I wanted to provide some feedback about my experience.Compliments:1.The location was great and provided easy access to the beach, local restaurants and the Battery Point Lighthouse.2.. The communication with the host before and during the stay was clear and helpful.Complaints/Suggestions:1.Hot Tub: Unfortunately, the hot tub had brown slime around the edges, which was concerning. I would suggest a more thorough cleaning or maintenance of this area before future guests use it.2.Shower: The shower had hair in it and was leaking, which was uncomfortable during my stay. It would be helpful to have this repaired and cleaned prior to guests arriving.Thank you for your attention to these matters. I hope this feedback helps in improving the experience for future guests. Excellent Views
We had excellent views of the shoreline and lighthouse. Very walkable location, close to restaurants and beaches.
