Premier Inn Gatwick Crawley (Goff's Park)

Was visiting Crawley for the football and we were able to check in early which was great. Room was smallish but perfectly fine, clean very comfy bed and good shower. Just what you need for a night away. There was a fan in the room which was good because I did get very hot in the night but once the fan was on it was fine. We got the meal deal so we ate tea there and there was a few things unavailable from the menu which was a shame but what we did have was very nice. The two staff on shift were very helpful and we even got a free drink because what puddings we wanted weren’t available. Breakfast the following morning was okay, hot food cooked to order as are most premier inns now but we did get given someone else’s plates first and when we did get ours they were a bit muddled up so we had to swap a few bits between us but we got there in the end. Great for what we wanted and if we come to the football again we will be back.

Although short on staff and menu items the stay was good. Special mention to Bradley, Helen and Benito who were always very polite and helpful under pressure. Our overall review of this property is good and we would likely stay again if visiting area

I felt sorry for the staff they tried to their best but was so understaffed the couldn’t keep up with the day to day running the owners of premier inn need to take a long hard look at themselves give your staff the manpower to give good service I can’t fault the staffs dedication to give good service no employee should be made to apologise for ineptitude of management and missing products through ordering and management failure take note Premier inn out of the 20+ families that stayed will not return which sadly puts the jobs at risk of your staff through no fault of their own

Hotel was based on convenience location wise more than anything. Stayed here before and was happy staff were helpful especially Helen and another lad who's name I did not get but he said something about Scotland so if he sees this he knows who he is 😊 hopefully after the whole transition for brewers fair to Premier inn the bar and restaurant will go back to the way it was before.

We were told you only get 1 pillow per person Tried the restaurant it was a brewers fayre but now premier inn run and more expensive staff were rude Room had so many problems bath taps faulty and did not shut off correctly no extract fan working in the bathroom heating hit and miss After using this premier inn for over 10 years we will never return avoid if you can

I have been staying in Premier Inn Hotels for the past 18months during weekdays and I can safely say that the service and the poached eggs served to me today were the best I've had. The Chef Thomas was fantastic and Helen the waitress was very polite and professional, you are both a credit to your employer. Keep up the good work.
