Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport East

Had to stay here as EasyJet cancelled our flight we had to book something. Urgent

Stayed here after a flight, for a rest before driving home. The hotel was OK, the staff friendly, but really object to being hit with a £100 parking fine a week after getting home. We were assured it would be cancelled 3 times, before being threatened with legal action. Now paying £120!! Premier Inn are not interested at all and just keep fobbing you off. Avoid if possible!!!!!

My stay was very good,I was greeted by very friendly and polite staff. The hotel was nice and quiet,my room nice and clean. The bed was so comfortable with fresh crisp bed linen. The whole hotel was so nice and quiet,as a lone female traveller I felt very safe and secure

We stayed the night before our early flight and was greeted by the MOST friendly staff member called Jay. He went above and beyond for us and even helped us source some pens so our daughter could use her colouring book. The room was clean and tidy and there is a lovely pub next door serving a range of food - the curry was lovely but lots of choice from pizza, Sunday lunch - lots of vegetarian options - caters for all! Definitely recommend for a night before stay when flying from Gatwick too VERY close to the airport 🛫. Thanks again Jay for saving out daughter from being bored silly! X

There are not good public transport links to Gatwick airport. The hotel affords a fairly large 'back garden' with a few old picnic tables. There is a hospitable looking pub next door serving an array of English and Indian dishes, but not breakfast. The shower was another premier inn water pressure spurter, and the spurting water seemed to lack an ability to wash in a normal, pleasant way. The person who seemed to be the manager did not encourage a pleasant atmosphere, although some of the more junior staff were better.

5 stars for excellent customer service. Terri on reception was extremely helpful, kind and professional. We were given a good information insight into the local area for food, petrol ect. Although there is no resturant in the hotel. There is a great pub, next door. Serving good food, drink ect. Room was clean, everything we needed for a stay after a long day of travel. Quiet and relaxing had a great refresh for our onward travel
