Place has gone massively downhill .. one member of the team at reception is really rude ans the rest of the team are amazing. Place is falling apart bath taps missing etc etc... wouldn't go there again ! When you complain don't even bother to respond !. Stains on carpets one star hotel. Use to go semi regularly not anymore

We stayed overnight on our way back to Scotland. The hotel is beautiful and our room was gorgeous and very luxurious. We had an evening meal in the lounge and the food was of a very high standard and was delicious. Breakfast was also good with a choice of cooked breakfasts as well as continental items. Staff were all very friendly.

Stayed for two nights while walking the Yorkshire three peaks. Found the hotel extremely clean, on the day of the walk they make up a breakfast/lunch bag in advance for an early start which was packaged and ready to go, nice touch. Food excellent.

We chose Falcon Manor as our wedding venue and couldn’t fault the day. The setting was stunning and the staff were so attentive. The time and preparation they put in to making the day perfect definitely paid off. Being a small venue meant that we had the whole place to ourselves and that made it extra special too. We wouldn’t have changed a thing. Thank you!

I would specifically the manager Melissa and the chef Tony who took great care of us and handled my wife's food allergies. They went through every item on the menu ensuring we were comfortable with the options, without making her feel like a difficult customer and putting her at ease. Wonderful friendly atmosphere, great food and fantastic staff.

This is a really nice place to stay. The room was very nice. Great views over the country side. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the blonde lady, sorry never got her name. I hope she is paid well, she does a great job. You wouldn't want to lose her. We had dinner and breakfast, both excellent. Highly recommended as somewhere to stay. This is also a wedding venue, it's worth a look if you are planning.

This was our third visit to the Falcon and was disappointing, as service seemed to have declined. Our room seemed fine with a wide windowsill that we left some clothes on. It rained heavily overnight and we found them quite wet in the morning with water running down the wall. We saw that there was a dehumidifier behind some flowers, so the management were aware of the problem, and should have not used this room or at least warned us of the problem. We did raise it when we paid and a small reduction was made. Overall the cooked food was good. We thought the dinner menu had improved from our previous visits, but the dining room wasn't in use with meals taken in the bar, where the three legged wrought iron tables were not so comfortable. Breakfast seemed a bit of a muddle with the cold items strewn over the bar and not being replenished. We were seated in the snug where the tables are OK for drinks but are too high for comfortably eating a meal when seated in arm chairs. Rather disappointing as we have enjoyed our previous visits and find Settle a pleasant stopover when travelling north.
