Our stay was exceptional. The breakfast buffet had more items and a larger variety of items than at any other hotel. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the food was fresh. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and up to date.. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Pros: Very good room and amenities for the price point. Very quiet room. Quite comfortable and hotel felt safe. Well functioning elevators. Very clean, uncluttered lobby and hallways. Plenty of parking. Very personable staff. Cons: Contacted through internet, text and email nineteen times in seven days, mostly to book more nights for a promotion. Preregistration online required acceptance of more promotional offers in order to submit data to complete registration process. Expect improved room cleanliness for the price point. Bathroom was tiny.

Such a nice clean hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel and we loved the comfort of the room, friendly staff and great free breakfast. It is in the perfect location in Cranberry. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be defiantly stay here again on our next trip.

The hotel is in a nice area with other high brand hotels and large businesses. It is surrounded by convenient well known brand shopping and dining and several unique bakeries and restaurants. The convenience to Pittsburgh and the new LDS temple, old town shopping and down town points of interest were the reasons we choose the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast rocked! The overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful, with good services, amenities, and a convenient location, especially considering the price. The breakfast was enjoyable, though adding some halal options would make it even more appealing and attract a more diverse range of guests. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Very comfortable bed, everything was available we needed. Breakfast was great. Clean and comfortable, couldn’t have asked for more. Handy to PNC park and all restaurants and shopping. We would recommend Best Western anywhere we have traveled. Very pleasant staff and helpful as well. The staff gave us good advice on restaurants and directions to different shopping areas.

This is a very nice and clean place to stay. If you are going to the Pittsburgh Zoo, it is a bit too far away, depending on your travel routes. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the zoo. The pool is not quite as large as the photos might seem to show, but it is clean and warm. The room was very clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Great facility, very clean, new furniture and amenities, and very attentive and efficient staff. Pricing was good and the location was good. Diversity of guest included families, workers, professional, couples, and individuals. Breakfast was well maintained.

Super clean and sharp hotel. Breakfast was excellent, all the amenities. 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Rooms were large and very clean. Beds were soft and comfortable. Best stay around Pittsburgh and the price is excellent. Highly recommended for families and business travelors
