Afgelegen hotel, maar dat weet je van te voren. Fijn gratis parkeren. Bar voor drankjes, airco werkte jammer genoeg niet meer op warme oktober dag.

房間比較小，但是乾淨的，停車方便

Hôtel trop loin du centre-ville, accueil très médiocre, heureusement chambre agréable mais petite pour 4. Literie au TOP 👍et très au calme. Malheureusement petit déjeuner trop industriel ( bien moyen).

We stayed here during the annual animation festival that brings in thousands of visitors. While the rooms are European small, it was comfortable and clean. The staff were energetic and very helpful. While its location is less than ideal, nestled in a residential neighborhood, a 40 min walk downhill to the city center was easy. An Uber back was $20. Electric bikes also available. My one suggestion would be a shuttle perhaps once or twice a day to the city center given its location. Great breakfasts with a full buffet and dinner is served daily except Sundays. Never thought I’d stay at a Best Western in Europe but it exceeded expectations.

We stayed here for a little while to explore Annecy and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very small for a family, but the staff were extremely friendly and spoke great English. The hotel is a very long walk to the beautiful town of Annecy, but we didn’t mind this so much, especially after eating the nice continental breakfast. It’s a shame the hotel did not serve an evening meal as finding somewhere close by was quite problematic. Tbh next time we visit Annecy we’ll likely find somewhere a bit closer to town.

It was located in good driving distance from tourist attractions

Perfect in every way. The guys on reception are the most helpful & friendliest staff I’ve ever met. Only 8 min drive to the centre of Annecy perfect location for us as a family of 5. Rooms more than enough for us & air con in both rooms ++ Can’t see the the negative feedback that’s been left for these guys as fair comment. Honestly blown away and We only booked in 3 hours ago.

Dining options were limited. Room was very small.

Le parking est très pratique et surtout très grand. L accueil est juste correct sans plus La chambre est d une taille moyenne et elle est très bien équipée Le repas du soir me fais penser plus à une cantine scolaire et surtout à part la partie dessert le reste est sans saveur et sans originalité Enfin le petit déjeuner est complet

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits des Zentrums und wirbt mit Restaurant. Wir haben uns das Hotel deswegen ausgesucht, damit wir nach der langen Anreise nicht mehr lange suchen müssen. Leider gab es kein Restaurant mehr und wir mussten zum Abendessen mit dem Auto aufbrechen, da fußläufig alles zu weit entfernt ist. Die Hotelleitung sollte die Schließung auf der Homepage schnellstens bekannt geben. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, es gab wenig Stauraum für Gepäck und Kleidung. Auch das Badezimmer war ziemlich eng, mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Toilette war etwas eingeklemmt zwischen Wand und Waschbecken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung und reichlich in der Auswahl.
