In a quiet area of cramlington village with private parking this guest house is lovely We were greeted warmly on arrival and taken to our room which was exactly as described online and immaculate We did not use the communal facilities .. lounge , dining area and kitchen but all your needs are catered for

After reading some negative reviews we were slightly hesitant, but everything was super clean, fresh and well styled! Great location for us, and we’d definitely book Quarrie House Guesthouse when we visit our friends again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

What an absolute delight, the accommodation was modern, beautifully presented and very clean. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, I really can’t rate it highly enough. I was concerned when I read some poor reviews, but now understand this was when it was under previous management and before it was extensively refurbished. I would definitely stay again!

We recently stayed at Quarrie House Guesthouse visiting family for the first time so wasn’t familiar with the area, however this was perfectly located for us! The room was cosy and the bed was really comfortable, we both had a really peaceful night sleep after being around children all day so that was a blessing! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Cramlington, we will definitely be returning on our next trip!

I arranged accommodation for several close friends at quarrie house visiting for a wedding. They couldn't speak highly enough of the accommodation. The Management team made provision for me to book them rooms near to each other and they each fedback that the rooms were all lovely and that the communal spaces gave them a chance to catch up over coffee before the big event.

I stayed here for one night and that was long enough! The bedroom had no towels and there was dust everywhere! I went into the bathroom and there was a shower gel open in the shower! Clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Blinds were falling to bits and no curtains! Bedside lamp not working and bulb out on ceiling light. Won’t be back!

Great b and b, very friendly, rooms nice and clean. Bed really comfortable, and great pillows. Breakfast was continental, with lots of choice, and the owner offered us eggs and baked beans as well. All that you could want. After seeing some bad reviews we were a bit concerned as to what we would find on arrival, but no worries, all was good. We will be returning, and would recommend to anyone.

This place is run on a shoestring to maximise the amount of profit from what they charge . They advertise B&B but the breakfast is fried egg or scrambled egg with beans !!!! No bacon , sausage, mushrooms etc: The walls between the bedrooms is literally paper thin & you can hear people in the next room talking like they are in your room . Cleanliness is very poor in the room , cobwebs, dust and just shabby standards, no bed toppers so you could be sleeping on a previously urine stained mattress. Bathroom is the same I'm afraid, broken glass shelf you can't use & it looks like something has slipped off the shelf at one time & cracked the sink . Television screen looks to have been wiped with a wet cloth ( possibly the same used to clean Bathroom) If you have standards...... stay clear IMHO .

My booking has been cancelled last minute. Didn’t even have the decency to phone me they emailed! Absolutely ridiculous cancelling a week before a charity event I am doing. Shocking would not recommend.
